Dry kiss or wet kiss? Puff or lip lock? Actually a kiss when one neither expects nor wants to be kissed is meaningless unless it communicates a disease, herpes or something.
That has happened to me at New Years and Christmas parties, reunions and once on a paris street. The kisser was always a woman, and I reckoned she needed to kiss more than I needed to be kissed.
In almost not case could it be said that the experience was pleasurable, and certainly not erotic. It's a awkward situation.

depends how i felt about the kiss..I would imagine though my answer would be no because, what would be the point in telling my partner- if i wasn't interested by the person kissing me it would only cause unnecessary concern and if i did like the person kissing me it would cause necessary concern so my point is.. whats the point in causing all this concern and perhaps more importantly would I want to know if the shoe was on the other foot??

What the heck is a girl-man? A transsexual person? A hermaphrodite? Who comes up to a stranger and kisses them? That seems like sexual assault. And when my partner was alive, I would certainly have told him, right before I pressed charges.

I would say only if my friends was around or people i knew, if i was alone then i would just deal with the situation but telling them that im taken. Otherwise honesty is the best way, unless you want to take a risk of it huanting later on...

If a stranger, regardless of their gender, came up and kissed me suddenly, I wouldn't bother mentioning it to anyone, let alone my partner. It would have no impact on my emotional response to my partner and ithere would be absolutely no consequences to the way in which I interact with my partner.
