You might want to check with your county building to see if you can do those for free. In IL in my county you can. I used to work for an employment agency and I did those checks twice a week or more. It is public knowledge. You have to know there name and birth date. You get everything also...traffic, misdemeanors and felonies. Try calling your county building or getting on a website! If you are getting ready to date someone, its a good idea to do this!!

There are none for FREE. They all will cost you something, I have yet to find a free background website. Good luck!
