From a car dealership.
When I bought my new car, they gave me a free small sample of the paint just in case of any scratches.

You can try any auto parts place. Some autos paints shop can make you one(about 2onces) in that case they need the paint code.You may find it on the driver door sticker or in the engine compartment.

Walmart,Autozone,Kragen/schucks,pep boys, any auto part store, Professionally done by scratch repair people, body shops can usually mix you touch up paint...
