I would not use an exfoliant this often if you have dry skin. Once a day or every other day would be just fine. What you need is a good moisturizer for your skin. Arbonne has some great ones. I've used them and have been very happy. My face looks and feels better.

Arbonne Intelligence Daily Moisturizing Cream, Day & Night- This lightweight moisturizer delivers as much or as little hydration as the skin needs, without feeling greasy or dry.

Exfoliant is helpful for a dry skin to rid the skin of dead surface cells. What is more important is determining if the skin is water or oil dry. You treat the two types of dry skin differently.

Basically, you can cleanse the skin with luke warm water and a cleanser for dry skin, use a toner to restore the pH balance (important) and use a moisturizer to replenish the skin while it's still damp from the toner.

Excessive exfoliating can exacerbate the dry skin condition, leaving it prone to more moisture loss. Good luck!

Twice a day? Are you trying to take off the top layer of skin? you should only do it about twice a week and if your skin is very dry, not at all. Consult a professional.

I would cut an exfoliant down to once every other day. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser twice a day. Try Neutragena. They have some awesome products.

Two a day? No way, even twice a week is too much for dry skin. It should be once per week for dry skin and twice per week for oily skin.

Sounds like a lot of abuse to the skin. To help the skin, it helps to hydrate inside and out. Drink A LOT of water everyday (8-10 glasses of WATER a day).
