If you pick "strength" then you're as vulnerable as a normal human being.
If you pick "invincibility" then you only have your natural strength.
We'll use the powers of Superman as a reference.

Great question! As great as super strength would be, I would choose invincibility - hands down!
With that power I would jump from high clifts and tall buildings and just faaaaaaaaaaaaall to the ground, get up and yell, "MAN, that was fun!" Or to skydive without a parachute... on purpose! WOW!
That's what I would do for fun. For a living I would join the FBI, SWAT, or CIA - disarming bombs and walking into bank robberies.
Maybe for charities I would let people try and harm me. ;)

Invincibility and the answer is simply logic.
You see in comics these two are almost always together super strength and at least semi invulnerability. The reason? Well I'll put it this way, Superman punches through a brick wall....nothin! It's like toilet paper to him! Now with your super strength you punch through the same wall...OOOOWWWW!!!! now don't you look stupid with a pile of broken bricks and a broken hand, fingers pointing in every direction, twisted up and dripping with blood. Ya see, super strength is nothin if you cant use it properly, which is why you need invincibility. I may not be able to punch the wall down in 1 hit but at least I can still play the piano.

Invincibility, Sure you're hits may not be as strong as the opponent, but that doesn't matter since your invincibility makes it near impossible for them to hurt you.
