try using a program like window's movie maker.. it's pretty simple, and there's always tutorials.

If ur running Windows XP that's simple.......go to "Programs" and open "Windows Movie Maker"....easy to use! If not on your PC, then you'll need to get a similar program.

Download Microsoft's moviemaker from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/moviemaker2.mspx
and you can create avi files of pictures with soundtracks

if you have powerpoint you can create a slideshow & add music to it.
