absolutly!!! theres nothing wrong with dressing up casual attire, as long as its not a sweatshirt or something along those lines, it will be great. hey i wear 4 inch skinny heels with jeans all the time.

Yes, as long as they are casual heels. Pair a casual top with some "casual" heels like cork heeled or wood heeled sandals or slides, or a heeled clog. You wouldn't want to match a casual top with a dressy slingback or pump. Then again, there's no accounting for taste. Fashion should be fun, so if it works for you, enjoy.

I myself find it to be very stylish and gives a casual, comfortable look with the heels adding a bit of flare and class.

My personal opinion is you can wear heels with a little black dress or with a pair of jean if you feel comfortable wearing them

of course you can, and add some bling too to make the whole thing work. T-shirt, jeans and your favorite heels have always been a girls best friend. Just look at Daisy Duke.
