No they would've changed the cheats for the new game. Since i don't know what system you have i'll list Xbox and PS2. THere seems to be only one single cheat here.

With most games the same codes are not used in sequals. so you probably cant, sorry. and as of right now there are very few cheats for the game.
as to a website i usualy go to www.gamewinners.com
simple click on the system, then first letter the games title starts with and you will find it.
also that same website has links to gamefaq's which are free game guides(you find the links at the bottom)
