Argue smartly and keep to the point.
Don't fight with the aim of hurting eachother's feelings but by resolving the issue or even agree to disagree.
Don't fight for the last word to be right and be the first to apologise and make the atmosphere lovable again
.Don't let the sun go down on your wrath(the bible)It is a good thing to keep this in mind. The longer you stay angry the more resentment builds.

Well most married couples are the ones that are in "real love" with one another and are mature. They know how to talk things through when reaching a disagreement. I've been married 3 1/2 years and the only thing we fuss about is money then him not helping me with raising his children from his first marriage.
The main thing with great marriages is talking with each other and having full trust.

We all have our moments but staying angry is not healthy for anyone.
I was always taught no matter what the argument/disagreement was you should never go to bed angry!

Also every one is entitled to think and feel their own way who are we to dictate to each other?

Part of having a dispute is making up can be fun!!

Also life is too short without putting added problems in the way communicate to each other without shouting or lecturing and enjoy your life.

practise talking about your problems in a calm and sensible manner, and remember nobody is perfect this includes yourself.
In some cases you have to examine what bond you have with your partner, have you found your soul mate, if so then you really would benefit from changing the situation as this is the one person you could not live without. Finally just remember life is to short to start with think positive not negative. Hope this advice goes some way to improving your situation best of luck.

You get married because you love that person... more than you love yourself. And... you want to do nothing but make that person happy. So... when you the person you love is angry with you, it really bothers you.. it eats away at you that you have made them mad instead of happy.

So you find out what it is that troubles them and you work towards resolving the dispute.

My wife's happiness is just as powerful as her tears.

When I see her smile and see her happy, I feel successful. When I see her upset and depressed, I feel I am failing her. The measure of a married man is how well he provides for his wife and family, monetarily and emotionally.

The same way single people keep from being angry all the time.

It's just easier for married couples to be happy because they have someone that truly loves them.

you have to learn how to pick your battles, and really learn how to let things go!
fight fair, don't bring up the past. Everyone makes mistakes and nobodys perfect and right 100% of the time.
and when I really can't bring myself to talk I write stuff down. I even send text messages. Keep that line of communication open. No one can read your mind,
And why not make a date to do something really fun and silly to do?
And think about the reason you fell in love in the first place.

hope those one liners will help.
Good Love is hard to find.

I think bedroom helps! If you have a healthy sex life, you tend to tolerate eachother's most annoying habits more and stay less angry with each other.. The answer is between the sheets !

because nobody wants to be angry at someone they love and want it to be over. Most of the anger involved is just how to get past and over things. Young men have shorter tempers than older men too.
