It really depens... if her hymen is there and intact then the next thing will be the condition the hymen is in. It all depens... it's different for every girl and here is why.
Many people are under the impression that the hymen is located within the vagina. It is not. It’s a mucous membrane that is part of the vulva, the external genital organs. It’s located outside the vagina. The hymen is a layer of tissue, just like the tissue around the opening of the vagina that partially conceals the vaginal orifice. She may or may not have one, most females do. The hymen is not an indicator of virginity; a girl is a virgin until she has been penetrated by a penis.
The hymen is named after the Greek God Hymenaeus - the God of marriage and weddings, FYI.
During the early stages of fetal development there is no opening into the vagina at all. The thin layer of tissue that conceals the vagina at this time usually divides incompletely prior to birth, forming the hymen. The size and shape of this opening (or openings) varies greatly from person to person.
Sometimes this formation of an opening does not occur, resulting in an imperforated hymen (it lacks the more common opening). Some females have no hymen at birth at all, since the tissue divided completely while they were still in the womb.
Many girls and teens tear or otherwise dilate their hymen while participating in sports like bicycling, horseback riding, gymnastics or inserting tampons, or while masturbating. A girl may not even know this has occurred, since there may be little or no blood or pain involved when this happens. The tissues of the vulva are generally very thin and delicate prior to puberty. The presence or absence of a hymen in no way indicates whether or not a female is a virgin. *SHE is a virgin until she has sexual intercourse.*
Some hymens are elastic enough to permit a penis to enter without tearing, or they tear only partially, and there is NO bleeding at all. When adequately lubricated the vagina is fairly 'flexible' and will stretch without discomfort for most women. Sometimes, a woman has sex for years with no real 'tearing' at all, only stretching of the hymen and then at another time the same woman might tear from 'rough sex' or sex with a different partner with a larger penis. Remnants of the hymen are usually still present until a woman delivers a baby vaginally.
Trust me... when you go into her for the first time and you rip her hymen you will feel it. The best course fo action is to leave your penis inside her for some time to let her get use to it being there. You also might want to start things slowly and not be so ruff ;) ...lol. Congratulations on your marriage... it is good to hear others who maintained an abstinence policy till they are married.

K- I'm a girl but I do remember losing my virginity so I'll clue you in on some things to look for!
Number 1 - It most likely will bleed a little, but not all women do!
Number 2 - When you put it in, her body will most likely tense up
Number 3 - If your penis is inside of her, it's either ripped or stretched.
Number 4 - NOT ALL WOMEN BLEED OR RIP, so don't accuse her of being a whore if she doesn't start bleeding. Some hymens will actually stretch.
Number 5- Your best bet is to put it in her and then sit there for a short while before you start making any motion! This way she will relax a little and the thrusting will feel good and not terrify her!
Hope this helped!

I'd dump him asap. If he likes another girl and she him, WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? Real love doesn't play games or have wandering eyes, it's committed and hard work. You MUST see this as a red flag, a deal breaker, strike three. Your young, i'm guessing, you shouldn't even be considering a SERIOUS relationship that is going to cause you insecurity. Have fun, don't become overly invested in this, WHAT? you can't flirt? Move on, the writing is on the wall and it spells trouble. Do yourself a favor and cut the guy loose, if it is destined to be, it will run it's course and he'll be back. But why you would take him back only you can answer.

Get a freakin' sex ed book! There's a million of 'em at the bookstore. If her hymen is intact you will feel some resistance as you push through it. She will feel nothing but pressure or a little short term pain. Let her be on top so she can control the speed and pressure. If her hymen is not intact, it shouldn't matter, but it doesn't mean that she's not a virgin. Most girls break their hymen long before they ever see a penis. Get a book.

Firstly I am assuming she is a virgin too?
I believe you won't feel anything, thier may be a trace of blood. Mate, don't stress about such things, enjoy your day, new wife and life together! Good luck!
