because you were developing inside as a fetus before that magic date when your body decides whether you are either going to be a boy or a girl...until that time, some things are ambigious. (nipples are one of these things). When your body does decide your gender...gonads will either descend and become testicles or stay inside and become ovaries, the clitoris with stay or become a penis, labias will either stay or become the fused scrotum and surround the testicles... AND nipples will either be there for show or develop into breasts for milk production....hope that answers your ?

Let me ask you a question. Are you a virgin? A mans nipples can be pleasurable to them if their girl knows what she's doing.
