Does anyone know whom airlines go to if they don't wish to buy new aircraft from a manufacturer?

if your in north america you go to the desert as they call it. You go to aircraft grave sites in navada or arizona? buy the planes cheap directly, but a little about planes will help, so that you dont get a rotten apple...this only works for small 6-20 seater planes....if you what to get a used 737 get it from a leasing company which will get you one from the grave site or a used one from a third world country. Keep in mind if your starting a major airline go to the big boys better as new plane....but if your starting a small start up then get used. airline business is rough and it takes 2 million to make 1 million in it. good luck!
