There are tons of pick and pull junk yards in California, I could make some suggestions if I knew where in California since its such a big state.

Go to a autoparts sale and show them your part and they will find it for you they always do look in Oakland there are cery low prices there for autoparts good luck

you say busted...I'm guessing you mean is not working properly. Get a kit for it at your auto parts store...they are easy to rebuild or purchase a rebuilt one...more expensive but an easy fix.
