I saw the Steelers call Timeout when they were lined up to kick a field goal. Should they make a new NFL rule next year not allowing anyone to call time out when teams are lined up in formation prepared the snap the football?

sp1nkxter you are correct, a week ago, against the Falcons. It happened again this week where the Panthers blocked a kick but the Panthers had called a time out. Right before the snap of the ball.

I get what you're talking about..it happened last week to against the Falcons and Steelers. I think the question needs to "Should it be illegal to call TOs just before the kicker is about to kick the FG?" And I think the answer should be yes, because in the Steelers' both cases, it can affect the outcome of the game, no matter how insignificant/significant. Maybe they'll work on that next season, maybe not. Right now I'm pissed off as hell becuz my Niners got *makes whipping noise*

The big clubs will change the rules at sometime in the near future. UEFA reckon only the likes of Arsenal will meet the criteria. Teams like Liverpool and Tottenham will suffer with the low gates unless the ticket prices rocket. The big issue will be for the Spanish Clubs they fail all the tests so perhaps Messi in the Premier League..

No. It's part of the game. If your kicker isn't mentally tough enough to handle the pressure, that's your problem.

thats the whole point of a time out chief, to stop the clock whenever your team really needs it.
