my pcmakes alot of noise , n i cant turn it off for some reason . this bother me while sleepin . so plz help me .let me know if thr iz a way to reduce the volume . thx

if you cant turn it off, something is wrong. it sounds scary, but just unplug it and after a few seconds turn it back on. this should reset things so you can turn it off properly by shut down if you are running windows or xp

sounds like to me that your power button on your computer is gummed up or shorted but simply unpluging it would stop it
but getting another power supply and switch and try that might be a simple fix at least you know it could or could not be that
