i CAN'T FIND THE ANSWER TO THE QUESTION "How is Honolulu a part of it's region?" HELP!!!!

If Hawaii, the state is considered a region, Honolulu, which is on the island Oau, then it's part of the region, because it's there.

honolulu is the state capital of hawaii. therefore it is a part of its region
