First, there's no such thing as a 'boy cow'. All cows are by definition female - cow is the name for the females of many species, including cattle, elephants, whales, and certain antelope and deer species. Whenever the female is called a cow, the male is called a bull. Second, 'utters'? I assume you meant udders. If so, these are mammary glands - the glands which produce milk to feed the young. Only females have these, though like male humans males may have small, non-functional nipples.

if you are gonna be a Male cow, than no you would not have udders..and it sounds like if you have a ring for your nose with horns than you are gonna be a bull, which is male cow. There are female cows that have horns and udders though..you just don't see them with a ring in their nose..hope this helps...and Have a Happy Halloween!!
