After the goal was scored, the crowd went bedlam. "Let's not talk of bygones", one spectator pleaded, "this season we're much better!". Arbitrary comments like that could be heard all around the stadium. Scoring, at least in soccer, was an elemental skill that this team had failed to master in previous eras. One could have even misconstrued them for an amateur league.

It is obvious that the asker of this question would rather us do his/her homework and create BEDLAM in the classroom because I doubt that his/her teacher would allow BYGONES to be BYGONES when the teacher realizes that this student did not write an ARBITRARY sentences on his/her own, perhaps said student can convince the teacher that this sentence was created by some ELEMENTAL spirit that is of a benevolent type, but I doubt that the teacher would MISCONSTRUE that as the truth.

You need to use a dictionary. Your teacher wants your sentences to see that you understand the meaning. If I handed you the work done, you would have learned nothing.
