Ask what u want to add and Ill tell you what u want
First for images ( also gifs) u need to host ur images in a hosting web site (filelodge for exemple)

To put texts or images on a background image:

ur text here text u want that appears on mouse over

in html paste that code

and change the width, height, the urls for your image and Add

for paragraphs
to pass on the other line and & n b s p ; ( without spaces) Â to put a space Before your text and your image

just try and look the result then change what its not correct
