It appears that they all are in favor of lending stablishments.
Under appraising ones homes and lands, and lieing.
Already I had one reprimended by the State, for unethical tactics.
CMA- a system which they use and which does not compair apples with apples.
It is one of there unfair tactics. x-rooms and x- sq.footage
does not take into account the solid gold door knobs, and or the many other issues thought the cost and or value of a home.
How can one get and or fine an honest, apple to apple and fair appraiser in this area of Amsterdam NY 12010....

alamode.com is a software company that sells appraisal software and manages websites for appraisers. They don't have a screening system. If you purcahse a website from them you are on 'their list' which is just a list of their customers. No screening involved.
I would suggest you find an Appraiser that is a member of the the Appraisal Institute with their SRA designation. The have higher standards and require more traning/education than state agencies. Of course that does not mean you will find a good/honest appraiser but it is a start.
And remember in the appraisal world cost does not equal value. You gold door knobs might not be as valuable as you thought. You might have an overimproved house.

alamode.com screens their appraisers pretty tight and I have not had any appraisal from their approved list get jammed up in appraisal review
