Any age is fine with me.
I make sure to give candy to the Mothers' of the Trick-or-Treaters. I dress up every year (and I'm 45 years old now). I sit outside in my front yard, dressed up for Halloween and enjoy giving out candy. It wouldn't be a Holiday for me, if I didn't dress up. I believe that everyone can and should have fun with this Holiday. After all, that's what it's all about - having fun.
Have a lovely rest of the evening and Happy Early Halloween - Have fun trick-or-treating.

My last year of trick or treating was when i was 16! And I was a punk rocker lol. We didn't have money for costumes. And mom still has close from the 80s, and I'd dig in her wardrobe, and get close that liked like the female singers of that time! It was always a blast lol!

If you want to trick or treat, take some little kids with you. When teenagers show up at my door, they usually just get a spider ring.
Dress up and have a party. I threw a party for my teenagers instead of trick or treating. They thought it was a odd idea at first, but they loved it and had more fun than walking the neighborhood.

You are never too old to Trick or Treat, and don't let anyone ever tell you, you can't. As long as your always in costume theres no reason you can't have fun too!

Umm - yes 15 is too old. If a 15 year old showed up at my door I would laugh hysterically. It's only acceptable if you're helping a younger child trick-or-treat. If you're solo - then no.

In my family once you are a teen (13) you are too old. Sorry but there are probably parties or other community activities that you can attend in costume so you don't miss out on all the fun!

never too old, but if you feel it's starting to get weird then you might want to stop. (like me, im only 12, but decided to stop trick or treating a year ago. it just stopped feeling right for me.)
