how will i convert or split the DVD files to CD files in such a way that the data files will be split in several 700 mb CD disc...hope you can help me guys thanks!

Use NERO recode. It has the exact function to do that.
I got it opened in NERO START SMART program.
(Convert DVD files into CD format).

I assume that you are not just talking about many files on 1 DVD, as you could just chunk them into 700M increments to copy over. If I'm not mistaken, winzip will allow for parsing (keyword) their resulting zip file. I dont know if the latest version still supports it, but it was used in the days of the 3.5 diskette, which was only 1.5M. You could zip a large file across multiple disks. zip1.zip; zip2.zip; etc.

As far as natively parsing and copying, I dont think anything exists due to the nature of the beast. You will almost have to use a compression program.

I use nero for that I convert dvd in VCD, in MPEG, Avi(divx) ...

A good free program is Ulead DVD
