Guys, I'm not giving out candy so I won't be around kids. I'm going to a Halloween party in the East Village (NY). I'll arrive in a car and I have a change of clothes for when we leave.

Awesome! My late recommendation is try to find open-palm glove (so you can pick stuff up without have to take off your gloves, kinda like the martial artists use)
