is it better to use a broker to find an apartment in manhatten, NY, or should i just do it myself, which would save a lot of $$$...?
are they really worth the extra money...

save your money, broker already sent a dozen ppl to the apt's that are available more then likely, quite the scam though

Buyer brokers work and represent you the buyer, not the seller .
