no, scene-ster

the best way to describe it is between emo and punk

nah, i know what you mean.

dress up as a scene kid.

well where i come from
we have a whole bunch
of scenesters and scenesluts.
personally, i think the whole thing
is hilarious. that is another
reason why i turned to punk--
and i'm not talking green day
my chemical romance mtv crap.
i mean like street punk - monster squad.

anyways, that's another story.
and i'm aware that you could care less.

so one of my friends is like
the lead scenester.
he's completely decked out scene.

annyways, onto your question-

tight jeans? yes.
if you wanna go a step
farther- go for chick pants.
black would be the best color,
not flared. pull your hair into
your face--only one eye (if anything)
should be showing. just pull all
of your hair forward - pomade
(pantene) and a straightener
works realllly good. random band shirt?
yes. but make sure it's something
no one has ever really heard of-
no mtv, no vh1. if possible, try and
get a local hxc band shirt. skate shoes?
uhh- chucks, low-tops would be better
or some vans old schools would work
best, but just get whatever you can find..
spike belt- - sure, why not. if you can
try and wear two belts. (oh and
sag your tight jeans near the aasss
so a bit of your boxers are showing,
yaadiggg) tie? defffinately not.
the scene kids would shank you
if you wore a tie and considered
yourself a scenester. as for make-up
put a little bit of SMUGED
black eyeliner/eyeshadow at
the bottom of your eyes. don't get
fancy and don't make it look like
you spent any more than ten seconds
on it. no other make-up (like mascara
or shadow on top) you will look like you're
trying too hard. a bandana would also be
good. black or white. you can fold it up
and put it in your back pocket with some
sticking out (suggested) or wear it wround
your ankle over your jeans or head.
wear a jacket, if you weren't planning to already.
and do notttttttt paint your nails black.

hope this helped : )

I agree did you mean to say sinister?? if so nothing on your list sounds "Sinister".

Sinister by definition is threatening or portending evil, harm, or trouble; ominous: a sinister remark. or bad, evil, base, or wicked; fell: his sinister purposes.

So your stuff really doesn't sound sinister sorry. Good Luck with your costume anyhow. Try dressing up as leather face from the Texas chainsaw massacre that should do the job!

Meet me on the roof of the hot topic on 3rd and Lenora. When I’m done you’ll be all over Myspace posting poorly lighted, too close, candid pictures of yourself, with long hair. you'll be super HxC.

Scenster? Do you mean sinister?

Anyway, sounds like you have the makings of a scary teenager costume.
