most if not all Malaysian spoke Malay, are you trying to asks question in Malay? Look like your English is not that good, why not try practise n learn English.
'i now fine friend can spoke malay' should be ' i am looking[find not fine] for friends that spoke malay '
you may make mistake but learn from it and get better, no one would laugh at you, even if they do, take it as a challenge and learn harder !

You need a subber to translate from one language to another. If you're talking about adding subs to a RAW file, get it off Saiyaman. There isn't really a program that'll translate for you, and Google Translation is your best bet without a subber, provided you even understand and type proficient Japanese. Which is like feeding a sausage through a grinder.
