My girl friend is crazy and snaps on me for everything. She want's to know why we're not married. I tell her she doesn't respect me or my needs. No cooking, no cleaning, no sex. Missionary a couple times a month. I want my son to have a whole family. Should I bite the bullet and ask her.

Marriage is a lifelong commitment, and so is being a parent with someone. She will be in your life as long as you want to have contact with your son. Maybe the reason she "snaps" on you is that she's frustrated with you. You didn;t say whether you're supporting her or not. Does she have a job? If so, you should help with cookiing and housework.

You don't sound like a very caring boyfriend. Maybe if you made the effort to be nicer, she would too.

Marriage is not a "bite the bullet" decision. From what you have written, the marriage certificate would be pointless, meaningless. Now the big question, why don't you tell her why you are not married now? One day you will have to face this reality with her, so why wait? It will take strength and faith.

Why do you say bite the bullet.did you have to bit the bullet when you knocked her up nooooooooooooooo.why can`t you cook clean all that good stuff.please help me understand why a man can sleep with you (sex) have kids but when it comes time for marriage theirs a problem.if youuuuuuuuuuuu had all these complaints you should have never had sex and use protection.but now that you have the milk why buy the cow.and on top of that if you respect her needs you would have married her 4or5yrs ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Marriage is a lifelong commitment, so remember that if you decide to propose. You bring up respecting you...however, have you respected her for 8 years when she is the mother of your child? I would say not, since respecting her would mean you would have married her a long time ago.

If you do not feel it, you do not feel it!You can not force yourself to be with someone that does not make you happy. Please do not bite the bullet, it will end in divorce.I do say that next time, you should be real careful before you have a child with someone. Please make sure they are the right person.I suggest that before you have a child with someone you be married first. If you are married to someone because you love them it will be better.Just remember to stay in your first childs life, never leave them out.Goodluck!

no , don't ask her. you can't marry a woman that treats you like that. it is already down to twice a month , you marry her an you will prob. see even less sex in your relationship. you don't love her with that special kind of love , don't do it. you will only be facing a costly divorce in a couple yrs.

So your girlfriend is good enough to be used by you, good enough to be a recpticle for your sperm, to give birth to your child but not good enough to marry? Your girlfriend is stupid for staying with you.
