i read somewhere that when you have sex, the guy has what i'll call "prejuices" before he *** that contain semen... i was wondering if he has not penetrated, can you still get pregnant by these "prejuices" or are you ok?

yes you still can get pregnant by the "prejuices". it is one of the main reasons for teen pregnancies. i suggest that your boyfriend wears a condom, you go on the pill, or both. Better yet, another way to not get pregnant is to NOT HAVE SEX AT ALL!!

Yes, you can still get pregnant from the "prejuice". But if you have to ask this, you probably should be staying any from all juices.

It is true that you can get pregnant from what is commonly referred to as precum. However, you can not get pregnant unless it is inside of your vagina.
That fact that you are asking this question tells me that you are very young and shouldn't even be thinking about this kind of thing just yet. Now, I am not your father and I have no right to tell you what to say, but you might want to listen to people who tell you not to have sex until you are older and really ready for it. Otherwise, you are just going to be used by guys and have your heart broken. I know this because I am a guy. If you aren't going to let that stop you, just make sure he wears a condom EVERY TIME. Not only to prevent pregnancy, but to prevent you from getting a disease that you will have until the day you die. So it is a good idea to make him wrap it up both orally, vaginally, and otherwise.
Again, I do not recommend that you begin to have sex at such a young age. Yet, you aren't going to listen to me and you are going to have to learn that on your own. Just don't do anything that you will regret. Believe me, you WILL regret things like that.

the 'pre juices' act as lubricant for the semen.
it CAN contain semen
(so have sex and than pull out before coming is NOT a good idea)
as long as he didn't penetrate there shouldn't any thing wrong.

Andrea sweetheart you absolutely can! My X always told me that as long as he pulled out that I couldn't become pregnant. Well he always pulled out when he cummed and I know he did because he pulled out and it went on my stomach. So when I found out I was pregnant I was completely freaking! It only took that 1 little half a drop! I didn't know that until it was to late. Don't make the same mistake I did! Even though I have a wonderful son out of this it was a lesson taught the hard way! Men will tell you anything but please trust me on this! Use a condem!!!!!!!!

If the genitals touch then yeah you can although it's very rare. If I were you I would still have him "wrap it up" before hand if you don't want to be getting pregnant.

You can absolutely get pregnant this way. Precum has sperm in it. It only takes 1 sperm to make a baby. Don't take a chance.
