The baby is cushioned in the womb in a way that sneezing, coughing or blowing your nose has no effect, everything is really well planned, and when you were built the builder took in consideration all these minor inconveniences..☺

No, Sneezing, coughing, or blowing your nose too hard will not hurt the baby. Although your uterus which surrounds your baby is compressed when you sneeze, cough, or blow your nose, the pressure is diffused into your other organs. For example, there are alot of organs that are affected but you probably realize that your bladder is affected the most. Once you sneeze, you may feel an urge to go to the restroom. As an EMT, I've witness live vaginal birth and sneezing is nothing compared to the healthy trauma that the baby is dealt during birth.

Coughing During Pregnancy Hurt Baby

Heavens no. If it would, I probably would have miscarried this pregnancy. I had pregnancy rhinitis, which means you stay stopped up the entire time.

I blew my nose constantly for 8 months. It was torture. I also had a bad cold during my pregnancy with sneezing that eventually turned into a chest cold.

That's what I get for being 39 and having two babies in 3 years. My oldest is 2.

:)

Actually, babies can withstand being in a car wreck and still be fine. I actually met a girl in the doctor's office that told me her mother had gotten in a wreck when she was 5 months pregnant.

No the baby is well cushioned in there. Blow your nose as hard as you need to, he or she will be fine.

Nope. The baby is safely enclosed in there. You, on the other hand, might be a bit more uncomfortable. But the baby doesn't feel a thing.

You sound like me heehee... I was scared that it would hurt the baby if I pushed to hard when going to the bathroom lol... No, it wont hurt the baby. You can pretty much do all the same things while pregnant other than lifting too much, or strenuous exercise.....

Nope. It's just feels different to the baby. They have a lot of cushion in there so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

That's a silly question! No, you can't hurt the baby like that - he's all safe and secure down there, sung as a bug!
