It sounds a little murderous... like someone is planning to kill or hurt another and they've got them in the excact place to kill or hurt them.
It also reminds me of what my brother said to me.
Me "Kyle!!! Why do you have to scare all of my bfs!!!!"
Bro "Brandy, I've got them right where I want them. Dumb and Scared."
This one time my bf and his friends were throwing water balloons at this stop sign by our house and my 2 brothers walked out onto the front lawn and just staired at them. Then my bf and his friends just got on their bikes and rode off. Now he wont come over ne more... Its weird....
