If the audition is for a professional (i.e. you will be getting PAID) position, I HIGHLY recommend using a piece with a simple piano variation. No symphonies or orchestrated pieces, just piano. Scorers dont want the music to distract from the audition performance, and it's more credible if you're able to MOVE them with such a simple melody because it shows that it was the dancing that got you the part, not the 'show'.

You could try and search on names of famous ballets like Giselle, Swan Lake or the composer Pjotr Iljits Tsjaikovsky (many spellings of that name).
