Depends on they they prepare and carry themselves.

Lawyers have to "walk a fine line" when it come to defending their clients and upholding the justice. So it's not about sex but how each "gender" handle the case/ situation. At the end of the day it's about experience and knowledge. Emotions also play a part in closing but it all depends how the juries or Judges take it.

There a bad lawyers and good lawyers so it all comes down to tactics.

Hence, sex doesn't matter.

It Depends who you ask..... if you ask a male, he would say male lawyers, but if you ask a female, she would say female lawyers. I believe It comes down to their schooling, and their personalties in a way. We are all created equal, it just depends who takes it seriously or not!!!

I think that they are about equal. They all have to go to the same law schools ( do not know if there are strictly female law schools), THEY HAVE TO PASS THE SAME BAR EXAM TO PRACTICE LAW, AND RHEY BOTH GET PAID THE SAME, WHAT EVER THEIR SPECIALTY. aCTUALLY, I think that the quality of a divorce lawyer and coporate and business law, depends on how much research and investigation they do for each case.

I've worked with both for about 15 years so I can say from experience that males are better. The females I have worked for got too emotional and were always so high strung but the guys were always better able to deal with all the situations that arose.

It all depends on what you need them for if it is for child support I would use a woman because they would try harder to get all that you are entitled to, but if it is for business such as a will or adoption I would use a man because they would cover all the bases more then once to make sure nothing is left undone
