Help! My roommate and I share a quad with 2 guys. They've been doing pranks on us all year and we finally got them good. As a result we get to pick their Halloween costumes for tomorrow, but we've only got about $30 to spend between us and no time to send away for a costume. We're trying to come up with 2 extremely embarrassing costumes for them. They deserve it. One of the guys has long hair and both are small we were kind of thinking of crossdressing them but how? Any great last minute Halloween ideas to really have some fun at their expense? They have to do whatever we say so they're literally slaves to fashion :)

Perm their hair, give them a great makeup job, sweater with a big padded bra, miniskirt, stockings, heels, and take lots of pictures.

I can think of one...an aluminum pie tin and a long piece of cord. The young man wears nothing. Punch a hole in the rim of the pie tin and thread the cord through. Tie the ends of the cord in a knot. Hang the cord over the young man's head like a necklace. Make sure the cord is long enough that the pie tin covers his private parts.
Who is he? Peter Pan.
You could dress his friend as Tinker Bell in a pink body suit and fairy wings.

jelly beans- a clear plastic bag or dry cleaners bag, cut a hole for the head, fill with different colored balloons,
french maid, fishnet stockings heels a black t and skirt ( buy a few yards of black fabric, cut into a large circle, cut a circle in the center for the waist,
peace and quiet- dress one as a hippie (peace) and the other as a mime (quiet)
lego blocks- clue 6 ounce solo cups to a cardboard box, spray paint the whole thing, wear tights and a tshirt the same color
siamese twins- sew two tshirts together on the side, then put them in the tshirts, diapers bonnets and give them a bottle or pacifier, socks with pom poms glues to the toes for booties
cat/dog get a cat mask and a dog mask, get brown sweatsuits sew the seats of the pants together facing away,
gee i could go on forever!! have fun!

I would have them dress up as tampons. There is nothing more demeaning to a man than appearing in public as a feminine hygiene product.
It's an easy costume. Have them dress all in white, with a white ski-cap, then tie a string to the hat. Instant tampon!

I would say to dress them up in the smallest Minnie skirts you could find make them ware thong under ware and some hooker style shoes. Make them walk into the coolest place and ask all the guys if they need a date for the nite.

It's all just a matter of personal preference. I have short hair and guys just like it. And i prefer a guy with short hair over a person with long hair because long hair tends to make guys look also girly.

long hair is nice but requires upkeep and u have to grow this out for a long time
