Either you are allergic to a certain ingredient or you are allergic to that brand. Try using natural make-up from the body shop, it's a bit pricey, but so worth it.

STOP placing it on, if its best eyeshadow doing that than you'll be able to use eyeliner as a eyeshadow, simply draw a line and it smudge it out. You're allergic to whatever in all of the eyeshadows if you happen to attempted specific manufacturers and varieties. Yeah you will have to see a healthcare professional and give up placing on eyeshadow for now. <333

You either have very sensitive skin on/around your eyelids or you're allergic to that particular brand. Have you tried almay brand? Supposedly it's a good brand for people w/sensitive skin and people who wear contact lenses. I've also hear good things about neutrogena cosmetics and clinique.

You are probably allergic to one of the ingredients. This happened to me years ago; and when I quit wearing the eye shadow, the itching went away.

Yeah, I guess you must be allergic. You can also try anything by Clinique (www.clinique.com). It's all hypoallergenic and conceived by dermatologists.
