You can take an white sheet and make a diaper, put on a really small shirt and go as a big baby.
You can dress up as a cowgirl/boy by getting some tight jeans, a flannel or other button down shirt, boots, and put freckles (if you don't have any) across your face with eyeliner
Be a bunny. Dress in all black, grey, or white, make a tail out of cotton balls, and ears out of a headband and cardboard or construction paper.
Cereal (Serial) killer: Glue cereal boxes to an old shirt and jeans. Then put fake knives, guns, or pins through them.

Static cling ball...
Start off wearing a sweat suit and stick socks, dish towels, and misc. pieces of clothing to it. You can tack this stuff on with a couple of stiches that are easy to remove later.

How's bout a grape? lol buy purple ballons and blow them up, and just staple to yourself....Or how's bout this....... Wear all pink, socks, pants shirt, you name it and glue a sneaker on your chest and walk around chewing bubble gum and handing them out lol Ask everyone what they think you are, I bet they won't guess and just answer and say: a glob of bubble gum stuck to the bottom of a shoe!

put on a tank top and a huge oversized t shirt over that and off one shoulder and leggings...tease your hair and put it in pigtails on top of the sides of your head with white tennis shoes and you could go as 80's girl ala Flashdance!
