you are doing great with your costume so far!
hair - put gel in your hair and give it a severe part to one side. comb it all back - think pee wee herman
teeth - on your two top teeth, black out the middle of them so it looks like you have a big gap.
add a plastic pocket protector and put a bunch of pens and pencils
hook a key chain to your belt loop.
see if you can find a slide rule and attach that to your waist also.
musk perfume (jovan from the 70's)
socks - push one of them down!
enjoy the night and remember the treats are better than the tricks!

I can send you my brother. He has a plastic pocket saver and it is full of pens, pencils, rulers, flashlights, etc. Also has lights taped to the sides of his glasses. A white shirt goes to well with beige pants. Try a thrift store for some checkered pants and a striped shirt that color clashes with the pants. Don't comb your hair or bathe for a couple of months. Don't wear shoes, sneakers what are beyond use would be best. Put a few zits on your face and neck. Again, I can send you my brother.

Assuming you're a girl, and assuming you mean the stereotypical nerd get-up, the pigtails and side ponytails seem to be favorites.
Since you can't get a costume for your teeth in time, then wear an 'odd' facial gesture or keep your bottom lip behind your front teeth - anything of the like.

Two words pocket protector...do not forget that! LOL
You should gel the heck out of your hair and slick it back and maybe get some aluminum foil and make fake braces for your teeth...have a great time!
Oh and put fake lil zits on your forehead with red lipstick...just little dots not a lot...

White shirt buttoned all the way up, pocket protector, sliderule & holster, a copy of Scientific American rolled up in your back pocket (instead of Penthouse), lace-up wingtip shoes, white socks and pants too short. Adhesive tape on horn rimmed glasses and slicked down hair. Let your voice crack a lot when speaking. Hows that?

Try to gel your hair in a wavy motion or back. Your teeth should be shiny and white. Lol, steriotypes. As my school always said about our nerd sub, bullet-proof glasses

Bits of toothpaste left in the corners of your mouth and a bit on your eyelash. Have a piece of hard candy in your mouth to create an occasionally drool or spit. Sprinkle some baking powder in your hair so that you have effective dandruff.
The pocket protector is a must, but make sure you have ink on it and a collection of leaky and non-writing clip pens in it.
