Not graffiti. As an expression form, it has all the right to exist.
What I can't stand is tagging. I don't know well why and what it is for, unless "marking a territory" is all its purpose. In that case, it's idiotic and vandalic. Even if they were meant as an art form, they have no real aesthetic value, they just visually pollute the environment. Graffiti, on the other hand, has forms and images with a value of their own, not just deformed lines and "codes". Tagging is pure trash.
I tell you this because my city (Guadalajara, Mexico) its plagued by idiotic lemmings that feel so cool doing that on the fences and walls of people who has invested an amount of money on their properties. And I hate whenever any of this morons are caught and they claim to do it "because of a lack of media to express themselves". Why don't they spend their spray paint on notebooks and write? It's easy and has a very wide span of expression. I know, I do it.

Some people say graffiti is art. On some occasions, I'm acually impressed on how people can write so nicely on the sides of bridges (impossible to reach) and stuff.
What I don't approve of is people vandalizing another's property. Also, if you're going to vandalize, at least make it pretty...I've seen some really dull words.

Graffitis is art but I disagree with tagging. I love watching trains that have been graffiti'd when you get stopped at a crossing. It makes you wonder where it came from and where it is going.

You know beauty is indeed in the eyes of the beholder. Some of the most beautiful things I've seen--artsy--are sprayed on cement. The artist ads depth to the hum-drum concrete of our cities.
Some however, don't belong on the property they're sprayed upon, so keep off the private businesses and keep it clean enough that a child won't see a negative, particular message before his time.

Hell no, I used to get down on that a little myself. I wasn't very good, but it was fun.
There's a difference between artful graffiti and no-class vandalism, for those who don't know.
