That would be difficult since the republicans empower the terrorists with confidence and morale. In 2004, Al Qaeda openly and confidently wanted Bush to be re-elected.
The corporate, pro-Bush media censored the story.

Iraq is not creating terrorists. The whole war on terror creates desperate people who have to do what they can to protect themselves, their country or their beliefs.
