The narrative to your question provides your answer. It seem the US is constantly and consistently blamed for all the bad and never rewarded for any of the good.
It hasn't always been that way and the fact that millions of people still try to enter the US legally and illegally lend support that we aren't the evil monster of the globe.

Most people want to bring us down rather than lift themselves up. If you just look at the answers you just received you will see it here. This is also happening with the president. He is trying to keep us going in a strait line to a better destination, but no matter what he does, someone trys to block him (he's not perfect and I don't support all of his policies, but he is the best that we have been offered). Just imagine what would be going on if Kerry was president. He would be flip-flopping so fast that we would get nowhere. The best that we can do is to pressure our representatives to support the president on the war and keep him from giving citizenship to criminals.

So it would seem... the fact that nobody can take responsibility for their own actions goes all over the world.
When something happens and the U.S. gets involved, people ****** and complain about what we're doing. Then, if something happens and the U.S. decides not to get involved, guess what?
They still ****** and complain.

Well! The biggest reason is the presence of american army in the world. They attacks where ever they want, bombs innocent peoples, interrupt in other counties affairs, so that's why they are universally hated. I don't feel its good because american government is making his peoples more & more unsafe. In near future american peoples will only be safe inside america, not outside. Thanks because of their gov policies, americans are now being targeted in other parts of the world even if they don't support their gov policies.

since big brother started being a brother, he takes full responsibility(and credit) for the world affairs. i mean there is really no other way to see it, we are so deeply involved internationaly(especially in the middle east) that its no surprise that anything is blamed on us right now.
