Please, don't just tell me to get a life or to just believe, yadda yadda yadda.
I've watched this documentary a dozen times and although there are certain holes in the logic, I'm seeing buildings going down at faster than freefall - no resistance where there should be - which can only happen under vacuum circumstances. But yet, we're talking about 3 steel structures that have collapsed in the same manner ON THE SAME DAY where nothing like this has ever happened in the history of man! I'm confused and somewhat disillusioned.
I don't want to minimize what happened, but anyone care to explain this?????? LOGICALLY!!!

I'm not going to choose a best answer on this question because no one gave me any new information except the one with the info that debunks the wikipedia propaganda.
As for the last one who answered, If anything, I am OUTRAGED that there is a possibility that 343 firemen and several police officers as well as the over 1500 civilians were killed in this tragedy and THIS is why I am posing questions. When I see 3 buildings go down in NEAR PERFECT DEMOLITION STYLE, that gets me worried, especially with WTC7 which, if anything, should have gone down at an angle since the damage was done to the front, but for some reason, it went down in perfect synchronized demolition fashion - straight down. Now if anyone can come up with some factual information that proves it (other than the pro-status-quo / pro-dubya propaganda), I would really be interested!

I'm so sick of these idiotic 9/11 conspiracy theories. The buildings collapsed because some savages crashed airplanes, loaded with fuel, into the two towers. I saw the hole in the north side of the North Tower from my Midtown office. Anyone who has done the slightest bit of research knows how the Twin Towers were uniquely constructed. The structures' support was from the frame of the buildings, thereby creating more space on the floors which would otherwise have been cluttered with support beams. Unfortunately, the interior structures could not support the burden caused by the compromised frames as a result of the crashed planes, so the towers collapsed. 9/11 happened because of failed US foreign policy, bureaucratic ineptitude, and arrogance ("it can't happen here"). I hold the Clinton and Bush administrations (and prior administrations) equally responsible. I oppose the war in Iraq and the Bush administration. But these conspiracy theories are absurd. 9/11 conspiracy people: Please dispense with these useless, dopey, and hurtful allegations and move onto something productive. (I'd love to see these conspiracy people spout their outrageous assertions in any New York City firehouse or police station!)

This is a story only stupid people believe. Sorry. But how many nearly fully fueled 757's crashed into buildings prior to 9-11? Do you realize how much fuel they were carrying?
