A tourist!
Wear a dorky Hawaiin shirt, dangle a camera on a strap around your neck, bring a big floppy hat, and have lots of maps and brochures sticking out of all of your pockets.
Take pictures of all the local wierdos.

It's a big foam name tag that goes over my shirt and says "HELLO I'm" (with the blank square at the bottom where you fill in your name) But instead of writing my name in, I'll put something funny like 'HELLO I'm Adorable' (that was an example on the package) or 'HELLO I'm Who cares.. Just give me the candy!!'
I still haven't decided what to write in the blank, I guess I better choose soon.
Are you dressing up?
