Don't scare the little ones too much but you could just have a leg hanging out of the rafters or sumptin...LOL
Actually pranks are a very old part of the celebrating of Halloween but there is a town in the Midwest that started having a Halloween parade to cut down on the pranks and is known as the Halloween capital of the world...or Anoka Minnesota..where Garrison Keillor grew up...

It can. It can not. Depends on the person your pranking. Since its Halloween we're talking about it may give them a thrilling experience. Just be careful if the kid is scared to death before you prank him, don't prank him otherwise you got a problem with the people with him. Also depends on their current self esteem.

Yeah, scaring really little kids, or the elderly. A little scare can be fun - wet your pants scared is not.

Being religiously offensive can be bad if you don't know the people you are dealing with will take it as a joke.

Also, the tp and other stuff that people have to clean up - not really fun.

Yep. Careful with that.

A couple of years back, teenagers went to a man's house, stole his decorative plastic pumpkin, and sassed him. He told them off, they told him off. They went away -- but then came back later, this time two carfuls of them. Fearing for his life, he came out with a rifle, and shot the driver of one of the cars.

Stupid teen prank gone bad. Careful with that.

Don't do it if it's a nice, elderly couple, but feel free if it's someone you know.
