The best response is an honest one. Individuals is leadership positions asking the questions can tell when your "dancing". Dancing means you trying to give them the answer they want to hear.
There's really no perfect answer, but if you are perceived as giving a genuine, honest answer, you will score points with the interviewer. Honesty ranks high as a new hire attribute.

People asking this question think they are so clever.
Easy Answer: Most characteristics can be good or bad depending on the circumstances (e.g., being muscular is great, unless you are in water, then you sink). My strength is evaluating the circumstances and applying the proper characteristic from my skill set to the problem.
