Yes, If its growing it has life of course. Its heart will begin to beat at 5 weeks.

a medical proffessional would say no as it does not have " independant life" ask any woman or mother and she would say yes ! Its a little bean no matter what !

well technically it's still a fetus, the fetus has no organs, so they don't consider it a "baby" yet.
