I either watch TV or put a funny movie on like Shrek or a Freinds DVD. Just watch a few minutes and laugh and then I can go back to sleep and it usually keeps me from having the scary dream again.

draw o write your fear/nightmare on a peice of paper. then analise it. determine what makes you have this fear. then look around and view your settings what triggers it and why.then tear the paper to a million little peices or set it on fire. but be safe. when you understand what it is you fear it becomes less and less. people fear what they don't understand. but you can't understand unless you come to terms with source that triggers the nightmares. a dream is only visuals projected into the mind by subconsious wave lengths. the brain doesn't sleep. it is projecting shapes and objects and feelings of past events that you still are upset over or things that you hold inside that eat you up.

I rest in bed and think about the dream and what I should have done to get over the problem. If I am lucky I fall asleep again and relive the dream with a better ending. If not I at least worked through the idea in my head so it doesn't worry me anymore.

u stay awake or sleep with the lights on. Try and watch tv for 20 mins until you begin to experience the tire feeking again

first thing you do when you have a scary dream/nightmare is that you should do is pray to God that He should help you get over the dream and He should take control of things and not allow the dream to come true

ha...ask me i always have nightmares cant imagine lol i go listen toa song sing along drink something OR watch tv and i feel like sleeping ...just keep the idea in your mind hat these stuff are silly and like that and sooner you will forget

watch tv. and turn on the night light until i fall back to sleep. Try reading... that makes you sleep too

I get up and go have a cig. Then I bother my bf until he wakes up. Then I go back to sleep while he is up trying to get back to sleep after I wake him up
