Seriously, the most intelligent answer society has cooked up is "until marriage". Granted, that is difficult in today's permissive world.
However, age has little to do with it. And sex means different things to women than it does to men.
Find someone you like and care about. Be safe. But most of all, be a gentleman. It seems cool to brag to the guys in the locker room and even though she might not find out, she will.
Age is a strange thing. I know adults who should be castrated and younger people who are very mature.
Think of it this way, you know the difference between right and wrong. Sex is kinda the same way.
And if you are a first timer, don't do it under the influence. Not because you shouldn't drink or anything like that, just because you do incredibly stupid things drunk.
Or worse, say stupid things.

There's no set age, it's more based on your mental maturity. Having sex too young can have a major impact on the rest of your life. Sometimes these decisions are best made as an educated adult.

sex isn't a ride where age is required. you have to be old enought to speak about sex comfortable with ur partner and not just i wanna have sex but real questions such as will u use a condom, birth control. are u clean, if by any chance we do get pregenent what will happen to our lives.
trust me man, i got a scare about my girl getting pregenant and ur life changes if your not careful with sex.
so have your fun, but just be smart about it u know
