It is but a simple question , I cant get the information , only two answers and one is fuzzy! I guess when it comes to women and their rights is not important!

Utah. While Wyoming was the first territory (along with Utah as a territory) in 1869, Utah was the first state to have it written into their state constitution in 1895.

It was official in 1947 that the entire country can have women voters. But the territory of wyoming was the 1st territory to allow it.
