use Adobe Flashpaper instead of PDF
there is no way to prevent downloading of a pdf in the format. Maybe if you can prevent the file from being downloaded on the sever side that would work.

Rant sucked! How much Palahniuk have you read? Snuff is decent. Better than Rant and Haunted were, but it's got recycled plot elements from his early novels. Remove the cool one liners, and change the sex of the characters from Invisible Monsters, put them in line for a gang bang and you have Snuff. enjoy.
