i bought the pulley holder from a tool suppler but we still can not get the bolt loose to take the housing off. any help would be great.

buy a CHAIN WRENCH.it is what it sounds like.

Check the maintenance manual. Make sure it isn't a left hand thread. Sometimes the crank pulley nuts are reverse threaded. Plus, its gonna be on there really tight (mine on my rx7 was well over 300 ft#'s). Use a breaker bar with a pipe on it for leverage.

you are going to have to get it to a shop to crack the nut loose because you need about 160 psi from a compressor feed to even loosen Du to the fine threads on nut tried other methods on same car had to comply defeet

we have had to use a torch on some pulleys,the locktite some of the carmakers are using wont let go untill you get it warm/hot
