I don't think I would wear white pants and black boots together in the first place. One is totally summer and the other is totally winter. Too much of a contrast.

I'm a big believer in the bottom matching, meaning: the white and black will clash. The black boots will end up cutting you off at your feet and will either make your feet look odd or your legs look short. If the pants are an off white, you can pull off a light brown (tan, etc.) shoe. If it's a bright white, you could also do a light brown but run the same risk of "cutting your body in half." I know that people say "white shoes after labor day is a no-no" but if you're wearing white pants, it's fine. If you MUST wear white pants, black boots, stick with black, navy or dark purple.

Depends on a lot of things. If you're going out clubbing or bar hopping, go with something like a dark blue or maybe even a chocolate brown shade, black or even red or brighter shade if you're bold. For day, wear an off white/cream or even a more day appropriate colour like a light blue. It sounds wierd but its more appropriate for day. Wearing black or a night shade in the day will make you look overdressed and ridiculous.

Black would be nice but I'd think about something print, with black, white and maybe a bright color mixed in.

Pretty much any colour would work. Black and white are great for playing up a brighter colour, like red or purple. If you don't want to wear a more saturated colour, try a grey or brown to keep it more neutral.

You should not wear brown...brown and black...no way. Wear a black shirt if you are going for classy. If you are going for cute, maybe a dark blue or green. And if you are going for sexy a dark purple or red.
